FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER IN BOISE, IDAHO

We had a vendor fall through last minute and suddenly found ourselves scrambling to get a bunch of design projects turned around within one week. I felt incredibly lucky just to find Tyler, let alone have him be available and willing to take on our 11th-hour project. And better yet, he completely blew our expectations out of the water! He made getting started so easy and dove right in. I gave him ideas that, in some cases, were barely more than a mashup of Pinterest images, and somehow he turned them into exactly what I was hoping for, only better. And SUPER FAST. Our projects ranged from a 20-foot historical timeline wall to basic directional signs, and he brought the same level of thought and creativity to all of it. He made the simple stuff look polished and elevated in a way we never would have come up with ourselves. His work helped take our organization's brand to a new level, and we're already seeing ways we can carry what he created beyond this one event. Not only is he an incredibly talented designer, but he's just a pleasure to work with. He's a great communicator, friendly and responsive, which was particularly important given our terrifyingly tight timeline! Creative ideas seem to come to him with ease. We were working under a time crunch that very easily could have been chaotic, and somehow he made it feel seamless. Honestly, I can't wait for the opportunity to work with him again. I couldn't recommend Tyler Penner Design more highly!

I’ve worked with Tyler on several different projects, and every time he brings fresh, thoughtful ideas to the table. His work is consistently unique and strategic, and he has a strong instinct for helping brands look confident and polished right out of the gate. Tyler understands how design supports bigger business goals, not just aesthetics. Beyond the work itself, he’s professional, reliable, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. You always know where things stand, which makes collaborating with him easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking to level up their brand through smart, well crafted design.

Working with Tyler on iCoachStrengths’ brand identity and website launch was an absolute gift. He brought a rare blend of creativity, professionalism, and genuine curiosity to every conversation. Tyler listens with the intent to understand—not just to respond—and that made all the difference. He took the time to learn our voice, our values, and the heart behind our work. His design ideas were thoughtful and original, and he was consistently patient and flexible as we refined and adjusted along the way. The entire process felt collaborative, easy, and even fun. If you’re looking for a real designer who is talented, reliable, and truly invested in bringing your vision to life, I can’t recommend Tyler Penner highly enough. Our brand now reflects the clarity, purpose, and heart behind our mission.
