iCoachStrengths

Brand Identity

The Challenge

iCoachStrengths needed a brand that felt credible and professional while remaining warm and approachable. The identity also had to scale across workshops, coaching materials, and digital platforms without losing clarity.

The Approach

I worked closely with the founders to understand their coaching philosophy and long-term vision. The goal was to create a flexible identity system rooted in clarity, connection, and growth.

The Solution + Result

The final identity system includes a primary logo, supporting marks, typography, color palette, and a comprehensive style guide.

The logo is built around conversation and collaboration. Two opposing shapes form speech bubbles, representing dialogue between individuals, teams, and coaches. In the negative space between them, an abstract “S” emerges, subtly referencing Strengths.

The balance of structure and openness reflects the iCoachStrengths approach, strategic, human, and adaptable. The result is a cohesive identity that works across print, digital, and in-person experiences while supporting the brand as it continues to grow.

Website

The Goal

The iCoachStrengths website needed to clearly communicate the value of strengths-based coaching while guiding users toward workshops, coaching services, and next steps. It had to feel professional and trustworthy, but never overly corporate.

The Approach

The site was designed as a simple, flexible system. Clear messaging, thoughtful hierarchy, and purposeful spacing help users quickly understand what iCoachStrengths offers and who it’s for. The visual design builds on the brand identity, using color, typography, and layout to create a calm and confident experience.

The Result

The final website brings the brand to life in a clean, approachable way. It supports multiple offerings, scales as new services are added, and creates a clear path from introduction to action. The result is a site that feels aligned with the coaching experience itself, focused, intentional, and easy to navigate.

Supporting Materials

The brand system was extended across printed workshop pieces and branded folders designed for use during in-person sessions. It also includes presentation decks, participant forms, and educational resources, all built within the same visual language to create a cohesive and professional experience for both facilitators and participants.
